Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Calling Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, persuasion ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.

Clearly explain details of courses, programs, pricing, and benefits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed enrollments.

Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

Follow up with interested candidates to close sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Provide feedback to the management regarding market response and customer needs.

Required Skills & Competencies
Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.

Sales & Marketing Skills

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

Ability to pitch products effectively and close deals.

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Confidence in handling objections and queries.

Technical & Work Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).

Ability to maintain call records and reports.

Comfortable using smartphones, calling apps, and messaging tools.

Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for calling.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, sales, education counseling, or customer service is an added advantage.
