A couple days ago YouTube decided to slap an age restriction on Day 5 of FL v. Donna Adelson
(yep, because of the wiretap calls… thanks, Charlie 🙄)
Many in the replay crew couldn’t even FIND the stream because it was hidden unless you were logged in.
We appealed… and we just WON. The restriction is gone, justice for the Law Nerds!

Fl v. Donna Adelson Jury Selected.
The court worked late tonight, until after 6:30pm ET, and seated a Jury of 14, 12 with two alternates. The court indicated they wanted 3 alternates but chose to swear in 14 at the end of today. Given the length of the trial, there should be enough jurors. Opening Statements will be tomorrow morning after the court gives the Jury the initial instructions. Today I am covering the hearing in Mass, which is the continuation of the Discovery issues and motion to dismiss in the Ma v King case that we watched last week. The court set the hearing for this afternoon, so I will be streaming later today to cover that. See you in the chat at 1:15 CT.
