INGREDIENTS • 2 cups almond flour • 1/3 cups sugar alternative (monkfruit etc) • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 sachet simply delish lemon pudding mix • 1 sachet simply delish vanilla frosting mix • 2 cups whole milk plus more for icing • 1/4 cup lemon juice • 3 eggs • Lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS 4. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan or line it with parchment paper and Preheat oven to 325 F. 5. Make pudding according to package instructions using milk and reserve 2/3 for batter 6. Stir all ingredients aside from frosting mix together until smooth and Pour into the pan. 7. Bake for 50 minutes. After removing from the oven, let cool completely in pan before turning out 8. Make the lemon icing glaze by mixing milk, lemon zest, and frosting mix together until desired consistency is reached 9. Pipe on top of the cooled loaf and slice to serve

Use the ice cream setting on the ninja creami and spin at least 4 times for a smooth consistency 9. Add in the chocolate cookies and press the mix in button 10. Scoop up and serve!

3/4 cup @dolesunshine no sugar added sliced peaches in water 1 cup @fairlifecanada 1% partly skimmed milk 1 1/2 tbsp @simplydelishnatural sugar free vanilla pudding mix 1 full graham cracker (2 halves), broken into 1/2” chunks
Instructions: 1. In a CREAMi pint whisk together the milk and pudding mix. 2. Add in the peaches and stir to combine. 3. Place a lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours. 4. When ready to enjoy place the pint into the @ninjakitchen CREAMi machine and run through a lite ice cream cycle. 5. After the cycle finishes scrape down the edges of the pint with a butter knife to release the ice cream frozen to the sides. 6. Place the pint back in the machine and run through 2 re-spin cycles until the ice cream is smooth. 7. Using a spoon create a well down the centre of the ice cream. 8. Place the graham cracker chunks in the well and place back in the machine. Run the pint through the mixins cycle. 9. Enjoy!
