An aerospace focused gaming channel with occasional experiments in VR. I favor making reviews and tutorials for more complex games, including character loadouts and equipment overviews.
Current focused games are Elite Dangerous & Star Citizen.
I'm getting ready to upgrade from the laptop this channel is run on, and am building my own computer.
As an experiment, would any viewers of this channel be interested in a video series showing the process?
This would be more about technical stuff like the research I've been going through to select parts, the thought processes that go into building a computer, and the constraints I've selected to work within. With a goal to help people who are deciding weather to build or buy.
The computer I build in this video series will become the system I run this channel from.
Trying to gauge the overall difficulty behind hunting an Orthrus variant interceptor in Elite Dangerous. I've struggled to find a single active instance of an Orthrus, despite about two hours of effort in an alert system.
What was your experience trying to find and destroy one of these rare interceptors?
Hey guys, I wanted to give a big thank you for 1,000 subs. Its taken years to get here, and thousands of hours of work, but I'm glad to have been able to provide a service that is worth your time.
Hey CMDR's, I'm trying to adapt my video schedule to meet your expectations. There wont be a video this weekend, due to some extra time constraints.
In a typical week, I have about four hours of available time during which I can record, and release a video.
Sustaining one video a week in this block is manageable, but over the last few weeks has resulted in more mistakes, as noted by commenters on my videos.
If I slow my pace to a "release when polished" model, I wont be able to commit to a hard schedule, but what I release will be more useful, with more graphics and visual elements to help illustrate what is discussed.
If I keep my current "shoot from the hip" pace, what I release will be of a lower quality, with very limited editing, but potentially more useful in the moment, with a higher possibility of mistakes.
Hey guys. There is no community goal this week, so there isn't anything to make a video about.
I'm working on a channel update detailing the plans I have for this channel, and for another project I am attempting to start, which will affect my release schedule over the rest of the year. I'm still planning on at least continuing my weekly community goal series with occasional ship build or ideal feature content, though I am still unsure how those content releases will be structured going forward.
I have no intention of halting Elite Dangerous content outright.
Hey commanders. The recent patch notes for update 11 changed aspects of my carrier review and I ran out of time to get it done. Still planning to review this weeks CG as normal. Will have to delay my carrier review video until next week.
Elite dangerous is having a hard time right now, but that does not mean that I am pulling the eject handle just yet. Though my job will make regular content releases more difficult as we approach the summer. More details on what that looks like when I have specifics.
Her CMDR's, this weeks CG is so bland its not worth making a video. There are no extra rewards or lore implications to speak of, just a run of the mill pirate hunt CG for credits. I'm hoping to have an alternate video up by Tuesday, at the latest, but might be able to get it done this weekend assuming my schedule goes well.

Hey there commanders. With todays new player tutorial, I've restructured the channel homepage to make tutorial videos and ship builds easier to find.
Tutorial videos are now sorted into playlists by the level of player they are intended for.

Are you interested in this channel making Kerbal Space Program 2 content in addition to Elite Dangerous?
