A seven-story residential development designed for 10 families on a compact 30m x 30m (100ft x 100ft) plot. The project combines private living spaces with communal rooftop amenities, efficient parking solutions, and landscaped green buffers — all optimized for urban density.

Site & Access

Plot Size: 900 sqm (30m x 30m)

Setbacks: 2m landscaped buffer on all sides

Circulation:

Two staircases: front stairs (residents/guests) and rear stairs (staff, services, waste).

Elevators: Two 6-person lifts or one 14-person lift for larger loads.

Guardhouse: 270° visibility, with space for two desks and small delivery vehicles.

Parking

Ground Level: 6 outdoor visitor/maintenance spaces.

Basement (half-buried):

12 sheltered spaces, expandable to 24 with stacking system.

Dedicated toilets for service and maintenance staff.

Ramps for vehicles and accessibility.

After hundreds of downloads, we’ve refined our most popular design—enhancing it with the features you’ve requested most.

The parking capacity has been increased from six to ten vehicles, and a new ground-floor lobby now welcomes residents and guests.
We’ve also added a dedicated garbage and recycling area, connected to a chute from each apartment for greater convenience and cleanliness.

A new four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath penthouse crowns the building, featuring a deeper balcony and a dedicated laundry room.

To complete the upgrade, we’ve introduced multiple roofing options—ranging from a flat roof, to a hipped roof, to a roof terrace with a functional laundry area.

All of this fits seamlessly on the same 50 by 100 foot plot.
