• Understand AI limitations

The coding jobs of 2025 won't look anything like today's.

मेरा बचपन का एक दोस्त है. वे कुल 6 भाई-बहन हैं. सबकी शादी हो चुकी है, बस दोस्त ने नहीं की. उसके पिताजी अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं.

माँ पूरी तरह उस पर निर्भर हैं. दुर्भाग्य से माँ का एक्सीडेंट हो गया. वे 22 दिन से ICU में रहने के बाद अब घर आने वाली हैं. माँ को कम से कम दो महीने 24x7 केयर की ज़रूरत है, और कम से कम एक केयर टेकर फीमेल होनी चाहिए.

दोस्त के भाई-बहनों ने कुछ दिन सपोर्ट किया पर सबका अपना परिवार है, अपनी मजबूरी है... वे वापस चले गए. रोज का 1 हज़ार देने पर भी उसे कोई ऐसा नहीं मिल रहा जो उसके साथ मिल कर चौबीसों घंटे माँ की देख भाल कर सके.

दोस्तों, ये कोई काल्पनिक कहानी नहीं है, ये हकीकत है उस माँ की जिसके 6 बच्चे हैं! गनीमत है कम से कम एक उनके साथ खड़ा है!

पर हम एक-दो बच्चों वालों के साथ कौन खड़ा होगा ? शायद कोई नहीं!

इसीलिए हमें definitely एक दिन humanoid की ज़रूरत पड़ने वाली है!

I stopped believing in what Ronald Reagan once said after Anna Sebastian Perayil's death.

Reagan said, "I've heard that hard work never killed anyone."

आज अगर रीगन होते तो शायद वो अपने शब्द वापस ले लेते और कहते, "You better believe in Edgar Bergen's words -

Hard work never killed anybody, but why take a chance?'"

दोस्तों, हार्ड वर्क जब हमारे हार्ट को adversely affect करने लगे तब वो हार्ड वर्क नहीं रह जाता!

Actually, hard work शायद आज भी किसी को kill ना करे अगर वो ऑफिस तक ही सीमित हो. लेकिन आज वर्क 24x7 हमारे पॉकेट में होता है. हम वैकेशन पर भी हों तो काम हमारा पीछा करता है. Me time, Quality Time, Family time... ये सब करोड़ों एम्प्लॉयीज के लिए बस work-time बन के रह गया है.

कोई कहता है Anna को आवाज़ उठानी चाहिए थी.... जॉब छोड़ देनी चाहिए थी.... स्टैंड लेना चाहिए था....

But कैसे यार!.... वो फ्रेशर थी.... आज की जॉब मार्केट में जॉब मिलना कितना मुश्किल है वो जानती थी.... उसकी एक 'ना' के बदले हज़ारों candidates अपनी 'हाँ' लेकर खड़े थे.....

वो कैसे ना कर देती.... उसके अपने सपने, अपने माँ-बाप के लिए कुछ करने के सपने सब इसी जॉब से ही तो जुड़े थे.... फिर वो कैसे ना कर देती....

I am really sad that she passed away... काश वो इस सिस्टम से लड़ कर जीत पाती... आगे बढ़ पाती.

I only wish की उसकी मौत ज़ाया ना जाए. Corporate World इससे कुछ सबक ले और फिर किसी Anna को इस तरह दुनिया को अलविदा ना कहना पड़े!

They're tackling personalized learning with an interesting approach:

📚 Upload study materials in any format
📝 Create custom quizzes and exams
🏋️‍♀️ Practice and reinforce learning

I gave it a test run with my son's 7th grade Civics book. Scanned a chapter, made a PDF, and uploaded it. Impressively, it understood the content well, created a summary, and generated practice questions. Good job! 👍
