Simple, honest help for locked phones. I'm Jason, and I make plain, step-by-step videos for when you forget your PIN, pattern, or password, need a factory reset, or just want your phone to work again. No tricks, no fluff.

Free printable so it never happens again. Write down your PIN, pattern, and password on one page: (jasonclements.gumroad.com/l/gvton)

I'm also an artist. When I'm not fixing phones, I draw detailed ink pieces of birds, wildlife, and whatever catches my eye. Watch the timelapses here, and if one speaks to you, originals and prints are for sale at jasonclements.art (jasonclements.art/)

🌍 I need your help! I translated my "Never Forget Your PIN" sheet into 5 languages. If you speak one of these, please comment with any word that looks wrong or sounds unnatural. Thank you!

JUST FOUND OUT THAT YOU CAN "maybe" reset your Samsung phone if you forget your pin, pattern or password - and NOT LOSE YOUR DATA:

Yes — that is real on some Samsung phones, but only under specific conditions, and it is not a universal Android feature on all devices. Samsung’s own support says the “Forgot PIN?” flow can appear after 5 or more failed attempts, and on supported Galaxy models running One UI 6.1 or later, you can enter a previous PIN and set a new lock method if the previous screen-lock data is still within the 72-hour window
