📛 If you've hired an appointment setter before and had a bad experience HERE IS WHY…

So I've been hiring VAs, appointment setters for 13, 14 years now online before I do anything.

Number 1️⃣ is I want to make sure that I'm not paying commission only.

Commission only works for sales and closes because every time they get a RESULT, the business MAKES MONEY.

But every time the APPOINTMENT SETTER gets a result, the business doesn't make money. So there's not a specific return on investment for you financially.

Also you attract the wrong people. Normally it's broke people with a new business that want to do that.

🫵 You want to put them on a base.
🫵 You want people that are all in,
🫵 You want people that are passionate about you and your business.

💰 So your appointment setter needs to be an HOURLY RATE PLUS BONUSES.

So we give them bonuses if they hit the target and bonuses for those who become a client, we give them bonuses and TREAT THEM like entrepreneurs.

Number 2️⃣ is you've got to set them up with SOPs there's three things that you want to give your appointment setter to set them up for SUCCESS.

🧑 Your avatar needs to be an explicit, clear outline of who your avatar is.

💁‍♂️ Who your niche is.
💁🏼‍♀️ Who your dream client is.
🧑🏼‍💻 And there needs to be pre-qualifying questions or a checklist.

And number 3️⃣ , you've got to give them the SCRIPT.

If they are making phone calls, they need a phone script.

If they're making appointments through DM, there needs to be a DM SCRIPT and then you've got to TRAIN them in that script.

You know, 2017, it was Funnels. 2018, it was funnels, then we moved into bots and now we're moving into AI, there's always a next shiny thing.

As social media marketing organically gets harder to get in front of more people and there's more content and there's more noise than other Evergreen strategies like

Are going to become more important, especially if you want to create a long-term SUCCESSFUL online business.
