The hardest lesson and the greatest joy: learning to break the silence.
In this four-minute video, I share the most soul and life saving insight of my healing journey—how asking for help, receiving love, and speaking openly about my experience with cancer became the turning point.
Loneliness and shame are not just painful—they’re dangerous. They isolate us, weaken the spirit, and affect both mental and physical health. Breaking the silence has been the medicine I didn’t know I needed.
Thank you for standing with me. Your support, your presence, your love—it’s saving more than my body. It’s saving my soul.
Title: Breaking the Silence: The Hardest Lesson in My Healing Journey In this 4 minute video, I share my deepest gratitude for the support I’ve received through the crowdfunding—and the profound truth it revealed. One of the most powerful lessons on this journey with cancer is that breaking the silence is not just healing, it’s life-saving. And most importantly Soul Saving.
Loneliness and shame are not just emotions; they are silent wounds that can deeply affect our mental and physical health. I speak openly about how asking for help and allowing love in became a radical act of healing. It pushed me beyond what felt safe or familiar—but it’s also what began to set me free.
Love, in its many forms, has become the strongest medicine. Thank you for being part of it.
I've been deeply involved in embodiment training, with different teachers Medical Intuition, Thetahealing & Embodiment are forging a beautiful trilogy in my life as a healer and teacher. Phillip was one of my teachers.. ❤️
I wanted to share this video with you because Philip Shepard, an actor from Canada with an incredible life story, has been a major influence on me. I've trained with him in person, and his knowledge and inspiration have been invaluable. He has a unique ability to articulate concepts that many others can't, bridging the gap between bodywork, therapy, and intellectual understanding. He also wrote a book called *Radical Wholeness*, which delves into the profound intelligence that comes from integrating the mind, body, and heart.
