IT'S FINALLY FINISHED!! Over a year of planning, prepping and filming to create the most epic Lord of the Rings recipes and cook them across Middle Earth - all while dressed like a hobbit. I spent so much time on this project, it would mean the world to me if you checked it out.

Sorry I'm so slow at editing my videos 😭 I really want to try to post on consistent days and times but I do this entirely by myself so it's easy to fall behind when I have multiple projects going. So I apologize - I'm trying to get a better system going! In the meantime, here's what I've been working on lately:

✨ KPop Demon Hunters food - been working on making props all week!
✨ Lord of the Rings MULTI-COURSE, MULTI-LOCATION video - been working on it ALL YEAR!!

Suffice to say, I am busy busy busy. But I hope ya'll understand even if my posting isn't timely, I'm never not working on something amazing for you. I never want to put out something I'm not proud of. In fact, I'm working on sunsetting older videos I'm no longer excited about or no longer reflect where I am on my journey learning how to cook. Don't worry though, you can still find all of these recipes and videos on my website.

Last weekend instead of making fictional food, I recreated a meal from my high school days - CRISPITOS! And I didn't make them for just anyone, I made THREE HUNDRED for Carroll High School Class of 2000's 25th Reunion in Dayton, Ohio. Also if the math ain't mathin', no this was not my graduating class 😂 I graduated in 2009 but somehow got the invite to the 2000 class reunion.

Don't worry - I documented the entire adventure from start to finish. From the email that started it all to spending HOURS making ground beef filling from scratch, this was one the wildest things I've ever attempted to do for this channel.

A BRAND NEW Video will be coming soon - sorry for no new video this week (due to traveling all last week for this!).

Preparing for the largest project I've ever attempted - a multi-course, multi-location LOTR-themed adventure! I couldn't resist sneaking a peek at what we worked on this weekend. I started prepping for this back in February by making my own Hobbit-sized silicone feet and ears. Next month, we're going to a Hobbit house in VA to film more!

YER A WIZARD HARRY ✨ Every year for the better part of a decade, I've dedicated the last week of July to celebrate the fandom surrounding the Boy Who Lived.

So many of my favorite childhood memories include dressing up like a little witch, attempting to make butterbeer and shouting nonsensical words at my family (much to their utter chagrin). I've been to the Leaky Cauldron in London, spent time in the Great Hall, and Apparated back home with some magical recipes ready for you to recreate for the witches and wizards in your house.

No muggles here! This week I'm transfiguring my kitchen into the halls of Hogwarts to whip up some fictional feasts that can only be found between the pages of the Harry Potter books and on screen.
