To be honest, I’ve been struggling with my weight and my habits for a while, so this episode is me finally saying, "Enough is enough." I'm taking my health seriously, hitting the gym, and trying the 54321 grocery method to stop the takeout cycle. 🥗💪

It hasn’t been a perfect start (wait until you hear the story about my DJI camera... 💔), but I'm showing up anyway.
