This is a space for women living after a breast cancer diagnosis ... and beyond.

I went through stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma while I was pregnant, and what made the biggest difference for me was hearing other women share their real stories, lessons, and quiet truths.

So this channel is that space.
Real conversations. Quiet hope. No perfection.
You’re not alone here. 🤍

*️⃣CREATINE UPDATE *️⃣
I started taking creatine monohydrate over a month ago during my half marathon training. I started with 5g each morning with my coffee and now I've been taking somewhere between 3-5g a day.

WHY IM TAKING IT
I started taking it to support my performance, but also for its known benefits for menopausal women. Being that I will likely never have the benefit of estrogen in my body again in my life (starting at age 33 - aka not good) d/t breast cancer treatment, I need all the help I can get for my heart, brain, and bones.

THE RESEARCH MADE SIMPLE
❤️ health - May improve heart function and reduce the risk of heart disease.
🧠 function - Can enhance cognitive function, memory, and focus.
🦴 health - May help prevent bone loss and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
⚡ Boosts energy and stamina.
🔮 Can alleviate mood swings and depression.

MY EXPERIENCE
So far, I've absolutely seen some improvement. Definitely in my running performance and daily energy levels. Visually I've noticed slightly improved muscle definition that probably only I could notice, but I'll take it. Weight has pretty much stayed the same even with increased activity. I'm not sure if it's directly related, but hot flashes are minimal. Sleep is hard to determine d/t my children lol but I will keep you posted. Overall I'm happy and looking forward to continuing to utilize it.

**Just a disclaimer this is not medical advice this is just my personal opinion experience. If this is something you're interested in implementing always consult your doctor first to see if it's the right fit for you.**
