Just an almost 40yr old momma, wife, & business woman sharing workouts I do from my home garage gym & in my home office that you can join me in! We don’t need a ton of equipment or a ton of space to get a great workout in, and all of my workouts will hold that at their core & be fun too!!!
You’ll see lots of examples of working out from home as a mom with my little one joining or coloring chalk in the garage. Working out, for me, helps me feel better, get in a better mood, show healthy habits to my little one, and makes me feel stronger as a person.
I want to help you find what working out means for you & your goals!! All different style workouts & exercise levels of all lengths to fit into your day & give your body what it needs! You can do all these workouts with minimal equipment. Hope you like working out with me!
