When I met Sabah I was amazed at how many people would travel and rearrange their entire lives to celebrate a birthday with her. I’d been fooled into thinking birthdays weren’t something important or they were “just another day” What a lie!
Birthdays are huge! They mark your entrance onto this plane and help you track your most precious commodity on this planet, your time.

Studies say that for the average person awake for 16 hours, 85% of that is subconscious autopilot. This means most of us are present for 2.4 hours at best a day. Scary to think you can live 100 years and really only be here for 15 of them.
Spend that time wisely.
