very sad to see rec room go, i’m happy that i got to spend my final moments on it with my friends. we had a goal we needed to complete before rec room shut down: beat the rise of jumbotron. we struggled, and struggled, and struggled a bit more, until we finally did it. we beat jumbotron. my theory is that we had motivation due to taking a picture before we started the game and rec room about to shut down.
i got some pretty cool gloves after beating it, you can probably see them in the pictures. i just want to thank rec room one final time for helping me get closer to some of my current friends.
when i first saw one of @Landoch13’s videos, i joined his discord because i saw he needed a profile picture. i tried my best to make one and he ended up using it. he introduced me to some of his other friends like @Frosty214VR and @TreasureVRthegoat.
we got on rec room and played some games. sometimes we played gartic phone, and this brought me way closer to them. i’m insanely glad i could beat jumbotron with my friends and help them beat it as well.
