So, you've chosen mouthwash over brushing too?

A lot of people have!

Believing it's a good substitution for brushing, unknown to them that that idea is a mere myth!

Substituting mouthwash for brushing is like spraying perfume on a sweaty cloth—it only masks the odor, rather than cleaning.

I know you've always believed that.

But the sad truth has to be spilled.😉

Indeed, mouthwash can help freshen your breath, reduce bacteria, and rinse away particles...

But it does not remove plaque or clean the surfaces of your teeth like brushing and flossing would.

Meaning, it can never be a substitute for brushing and flossing.

.

Permit me to build a proper oral hygiene routine for you:

🦷 Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste.
🦷 Floss at least once a week. Ideally, it should be every day.
🦷 Rinse with water or mouthwash after flossing.

Do these consistently and you'd notice a great difference in your mouth health.

.

Let’s talk in the comments. Have you ever relied on mouthwash alone?

Myth or Fact?

Patient: If I don’t feel any pain, my blood pressure must be normal.

SmileInHealth: False! High blood pressure often has no symptoms but can silently damage your heart, brain, and kidneys.

You don't have to wait for symptoms; check your blood pressure regularly!
