The band celebrated the twentieth anniversary of their legendary debut album, Heavenicetrip, with a sold out show in the prestigious Palace of Arts in January, 2019. Trottel Records released the remastered version on double vinyl.
The seventh album Time Is The Drug, was released in February followed by release shows in Hungary and Romania all year long.
colorStar, growing out of the Budapest-based party scene of the 1990s’, celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016 with a sold-out show at A38 Ship in Budapest, and then went on a country-wide tour to bring the show everywhere. Early 2017 year Launching Gagarin Records released their best of remix album, In Da Mix. In the fall, the band presented its road movie of the 20th anniversary year.

Újabb Open Music Channel live session videóval jelentkezünk. Ezúttal a 'Time is the Drug' lemezen megjelent 'It's All Around' felvételét tettük elérhetővé. A dal eredetileg instrumentális lett volna, végül született hozzá szöveg és dallam, és így nyerte el végső formáját. 2019-ben jelent meg a hetedik nagylemezünk 'Time is the Drug' címmel. A nyitó dalnak eredetileg 'Fat Zone' volt a címe és Szabi hozta az alapjait. Bár nem gondolkodtunk konceptalbumban, de a dalokat lazán összekötik olyan témák, mint a virtuális valóság, a mesterséges intelligencia vagy a szimulációs elméletek, és az 'Opening Theme' vezet be minket ebbe a világba. Most debütál a tavalyi Open Music Channel által rögzített live session verzió.
'Time is the Drug', our seventh album was released in 2019. The title of the first track was originally 'Fat Zone' and the theme was brought in by Szabolcs. Althoughwe didn't plan a concept album, but the songs our loosely connected by topics like virtual reality, artificial intelligence or simulation theories, and 'Opening Theme' is a gateway to that world. TH live session version recorded by Open Music Channel debutes now.
