An easy to do yoga that massages your stomach and digestive system, thereby, helping you to release excessive air. The Sanskrit name itself says it all, as, тАЬpavanaтАЭ when translated to English means wind, тАЬmuktaтАЭ means freeing and тАЬasanaтАЭ is the posture or the means to the end. Lie down flat on the mat and relax. Bring your legs together and lift them up. As they lie mid-air, bend your knees and bring them to your chest. After this hug your knees to your chest and inhale and exhale deeply. As pressure is exerted to your stomach and lower abdomen, the excess wind gets released. It also stimulates better digestion.
