Oishi passed. He has been sick for the last two weeks. I was treating him with meds and at first it looked like he was responding but things went south. I've had such a hard time with Honey Gouramis, I think Ill take a break from trying to find "the one". I will miss him.
These guys are said to be very sensitive to tank conditions. I wanted a Bolivian Ram but in 1 year of looking I've never seen a good individual in a store. However, yesterday I saw this German Blue Ram looking good. I pulled the trigger and am taking the chance.

I bought three of these guys 6 months ago. The tank has been physically moved, rescaped and restocked since. I cant believe he is still alive.
