Just so it's clear. Just because there's so much content not finished, doesn't necessarily mean a release date is nowhere near. I just want to get into a position where I'm comfortable to upload on a consistent schedule without worrying about loads of delays. Just don't assume I'll give out a release the moment literally everything is done. It'll be much earlier than that.

Luigi's Mansion is rated 3+ by ELSPA (PEGI wasn't around at this time). However, I was always convinced that this game could scare the hell out of a 3 year old under the right conditions e.g. playing in the dark. However in ELSPA's defense, the rating above 3+ was 11+ which would be quite unnecessary.

Are there any games where you think the age rating can be challenged under certain conditions and why do you think that?

Here in the UK, there are constant news articles online about the dangers of harmful content online and how it's lead to mental health problems; especially towards children and younger people in schools. I see horrible cases like this more now than I did back then.
I always thought the internet "Back in the day" was in a way more dangerous state.

I ask... How the hell did we survive the internet prior? Is there a hole in some algorithm that's currently being exploited? Has it always been this dangerous and I just haven't noticed? Has the over-reliance on the internet for everyday life caused a horrible influx? Or is this just fearmongering from the news outlets?
Certainly the answer isn't just "Because people had thicker skin back then" There has to be more than this.
