Subject: Application for Immediate Action Against Unauthorised Construction – Flats 130-D & 130-F, Pocket-1, Phase-1, Mayur Vihar, Delhi (MCD Complaint No. 260716163979112587)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Naresh Kumar, resident of Flat No. 130-B, Pocket-1, Phase-1, Mayur Vihar, Delhi, am submitting this application to bring to your urgent attention the unauthorised construction at Flats 130-D and 130-F.

During my absence from Delhi between 09.05.2026 and 11.07.2026, a massive illegal structure was constructed without my knowledge. Despite MCD’s earlier action on 01.07.2026, the owners have resumed construction. This has caused severe damage to my flat and endangered the safety of the entire building, which is already 45 years old.

Major concerns:

Cracks, seepage, and dampness in ceilings, walls, and floors of my flat.

Balcony and kitchen extensions blocking sunlight and fresh air.

Structural bending of the building due to the additional fourth-floor burden.

Risk of collapse, endangering lives of senior citizens and other residents.

Prayer for Relief:
I request the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to:

Stop the ongoing unauthorised construction immediately.

Take strict legal and structural action against the owners of Flats 130-D and 130-F.

Ensure safety measures to prevent casualties and protect residents.

Your urgent intervention is necessary to prevent a major disaster.
