After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve decided to change this channel’s name back to MusicalBasics.

The rebrand for this channel to We Are One didn’t work for several reasons, the main reason is because most of the videos I made in the past were under MusicalBasics, and that’s the one that I still use for my main website, Discord community, and socials.

On the other hand, We Are One still remains my ideal artist name. But after my concert tour this year, I realized that neither my music nor my audience is ready for this name yet.

We Are One is a philosophical mission, it’s a statement that demands the ultimate spiritual and sacrificial commitment. No artist has the right to call themselves “We Are One” unless they deserve it.

I’m working on it, but I’m not ready yet. So for now, I’ll switch this channel back to MusicalBasics, as almost all the content here is appropriate for that name.

Thank you to everyone who supported and loved the name We Are One - you guys are the reason why I still believe so strongly in this name and in this mission.

Miss me yet? As I said last time, no more piano livestreams this year - but we’ll have a COOKING & EXERCISING LIVESTREAM tomorrow Monday, December 9th, at 3:00PM PST / 6:00EST / Midnight CET (Tuesday). My goal is to cook 2 steaks, 1 rack of ribs, 1 beef curry with rice, and at the same time, do a full workout of shoulder presses, barbell rows, planks, sprints and crunches. The challenge is to finish all of this in the span of 2 hours during an action-packed livestream!

Ingredients list (for those of you who want to cook along!):
- MEATS: Steak (New York Strip), Beef Back Ribs, Chuck Roast
- VEGGIES: Enoki mushrooms, onions, green onions, carrots, broccoli, garlic
- OTHER: Red curry paste, massamun curry paste, kofta curry, coconut milk, chicken stock, avocado oil, brown rice, lots of spices

Workout Routine:
- 3 sets of the following:
- Dumbbell overhead press
- Barbell row
- 30 crunches
- Inclined Sprint
- 1 plank (3 minutes)
