Some pains are invisible, hidden behind smiles and perfectly curated moments. Social media, YouTube… they show the highlights, not the full story. I know this too well.

As a child, I was told, ‘Be strong, don’t cry.’ And I listened. Slowly, I trained myself to hide pain, to smile through it, to convince even myself that everything was fine. It’s no one’s fault, but I do wonder—what if we lived in a world where showing our real emotions wasn’t seen as weakness?

I don’t want anyone to feel this way. If He’s listening, I hope He gives strength to those who need it. Because no one should have to carry such a heavy pain.

Why am I sharing this? Because I want people to remember—social media isn’t reality. Don’t be fooled by what you see online. Be kind, be real, and above all, never assume you know the whole story.
I am in a lot of pain yes I agree. This is just my attempt so that at least I don't fool anyone on this platform.

Going back In reality where I will go back to smiling to hide it more and more !
