Cooking is a soulful art and when you perform that art with love and hit the right note, the result is scrumptious. Over the years, I have enjoyed cooking various vegetarian cuisines and my passion made me connect with different people to understand the roots and culture of some of the cuisines. As much as I loved sticking to the roots and the authenticity of the recipe, I try to add my own twist to it. Knowledge and creativity are equally important in whatever we do, and in cooking, it's much more important.

In this channel, I will be putting across various recipes which I have learnt over the years, and enjoyed cooking & eating. The procedures are made short and simple with each video not exceeding 5 mins but with no compromise on the preparation to get the right taste. The objective is to present the recipe in a simple and comprehensible way to motivate the viewers to try it.
