There have been ongoing concerns about the welfare of rabbits at Quinta Magnólia (Funchal). From what’s been shared publicly, there are questions around their living conditions and whether they’re receiving proper care.

I’ve recently heard that this route might no longer be available, or could be temporarily paused. It got me wondering, how are people getting their fur babies to the island now?
9.30am - saw a post on FB about a possible abandoned dog 10am - found shaking and skinny dog 10.30am - at the vet hospital - she’s microchipped! 11am - reunited with owner 12pm - quick walk with Philippe 🐶 1:30pm - off for lunch 😋
