On February 1, 2025, I posted in this group on Facebook called Epiphone Les Paul Owners about an Epiphone Les Paul I bought. The JCLP Custom. Korean made, pickups swapped to EMGs, maple fretboard and obviously that "of its time" flame finish made for John Connelly of Sevendust but most certainly belonged in Flavortown. Shortly after that, it made its way to the chopping block and I stupidly sold it to Guitar Center. Off into the ethos it goes, never to be seen again. Regret hit me pretty quickly afterwards because I thought about that guitar a lot. It played so well, the EMGs did something magical to it. And I've always been a fan of the maple board on a LP. Overall, this guitar was just special to me. Plus, this is an EXTREMELY rare guitar and I just like having a piece of that pie.

Come about a week or so ago, I am browsing GC Used and stumble across a listing for one of these guitars. EMG pickups, Korean made. "Hey, that looks like the one I sold all those months ago. Funny!" I put it in my wishlist and there is say with the other hopefuls. The other night, I noticed something while looking at it again. On it, were very distinctive scratches in between the pickups. I didn't have any photos of it from when I originally bought it, so I came back to this page and looked for my original post. And there they were. Those scratches in between the pickups. I looked at the serial number on both the post and the listing. "HEY, THAT IS THE ONE I SOLD ALL THOSE MONTHS AGO!"

I have never bought a guitar so quick in my life.

I just got it today and fun fact...it still has the strings on it from when I sold it. I can tell because of the way I wind the strings.

When I tell you this dude is a nuisance to the utmost caliber, I am not kidding. While it seems like an innocent comment, perhaps a bit odd, its because it is. This dude is RUTHLESS in his delusions thay he is some secret agent for Epiphone sent to spread the word about how good they are. And that's damn near a quote. If you don't believe me, tell him anything negative about Epiphone and see what I mean. You will be berated and called every manner if dumb. He is a humongous asshole. He was in an Epiphone group on Facebook that I am a part of and is CONSTANTLY banned because he is just a lunatic. It was only a matter of time before he found my channel and our paths crossed once again.

Beware of this guy. I am leaving him alone and letting the others bring the engagement for me.

This channel called ‪@Fireflyguitarofficial‬stole my video and is rehosting it without my permission. They are also redirecting people, using my image and likeness to send people to a scam website, which is bad on its own.

Go to this video, report it and report the channel to help me get this removed. I am also documenting this this way so when they inevitably remove my comment on the video, it's here.

Remember, the only official way to get a Firefly is Guitars Garden.
