4 years ago, I looked in the mirror and hated my reflection.
I felt stuck, ashamed, and like I was failing myself and my family.
I told myself it was just a busy season, but the truth was, I was making excuses.
I was constantly tired, lacked confidence, and felt like I didn't deserve to be happy.
I knew I needed to make a change.
What changed? Well it wasn’t necessarily even fitness.
It was a decesion I made to myself.
I am going to do this - no matter what.
It was starting small-one workout, one better meal,etc.
Over time, those small actions turned into a transformatior that reshaped my body, my mindset and my life.

2024 was a good year.
Me and @brookpomerenke got married.
One flesh.
There were a lot of good memories in 2024, but getting married was the best one.
Regardless of what lots say about being married (especially young) it’s a beautiful thing.
Being married makes you grow up and become an adult.
The one thing that is so beautiful about marriage is that it’s forever.
It’s a life long commitment.
You cannot be fickle or inconsistent.
