Everyone affected by the 2025 LA Fires needs to watch this. We were lied to: the fires were not caused by climate change, and were instead caused by gross negligence. The Mayor was told that the fire risk was so high that it was not the time to leave the City, lying about her travel plans to leave the country and to drink instead of responding to approval requests that could have stopped the fire outbreak.

Crab-Stuffed Ahi Rolls, but make it a recipe zine. 🌺
This Hawai‘i plate lunch favorite features sashimi-grade ahi stuffed with creamy crab filling, wrapped in nori, coated in panko, and fried until golden brown. Crispy outside, creamy inside, and medium-rare in the center.
I turned the recipe into a 3-page mixed media food zine with step-by-step visuals, health notes, and environmental context.
