What is The Farm on Route 66 Family Homestead about..We're just small town country folk trying to live a good life - We enjoy our 14 acre farm and strive to do good things with our family, our land, our neighbors/friends and of course our animals.. Our love is Horses. We are NOT a non profit rescue organization, only people who try to make a difference 1 horse at a time. We love to rescue and rehabilitate horses that are down on their luck and find them good homes. We put God first and ejoy the journey as we live it! We would love to have you as our friends on the Farm! We release videos 3 days per week with an occasional bonus video.

This was in Blakes weekly letter He titled "Saddle Up"
"Now why I really said to saddle up is because I'm writing this latter from my new saddle haha I'll include pictures, but this week i get a free new saddle and now have a new study chair. It's great for keeping you awake 🤠🤠 long story short we were driving and i saw a saddle on the side of the road. We stoped and fliped a U then saw that it had a FREE sign next to it!!! I was so hyped!!!"

I love this photo - When we were filming - they lined up - like they were posing for a photo - so I snapped one real quick! We love horses and that's why we try and rescue and rehabilitate as we can. We are NOT a non profit rescue organization - we are only people who love horses actually all animals! We have never asked for money - people have said - start a go fund me acct, or do a fundraiser, etc.. - we haven't wanted to ask for money, but instead have chosen to open a Pateron account. The Farm on Route 66
We realized tonight was Blakes last night on the farm before he leaves for 2 years to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Vicky and I shed some tears, Blake won’t admit it, but I think he even choked up a little bit! We then came in the house, and as we try to do every night we read some scriptures as a family.
We read John 21: 15-17
15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
It was such a fitting message to read tonight! Blake loves Jesus Christ more than the farm, his horses, sports, his girlfriend, and even his family and for that reason he is going to go feed HIS sheep!
