@starbucks fans stood outside for hours in the freezing cold only to be disappointed. Is this how a multi-billion dollar company should treat its most loyal customers?!
Another #StarbucksFail in the USA. Some stores were only given 1 limited edition Bear Drink Cup. Other stores had loads, but staff hid them or purchased them in advance. And some stores didn't (or supposedly didn't) get any bear cups at all.
Why not set a basic standard like "two cups per customer". Or gift each employee a cup so they're less likely to steal or stash away the item? And if the company HQ only plans to send 1 or none on launch day, simply let customers know IN ADVANCE so they don't waste their time.
Or better yet, make it a fair playing field for all and release loads for everyone to buy so they're not on online re-sale shops for $200-$400 ?!
