This festive break has given me lots of headspace to think about the videos I want to make over the next few months and I am raring to get started!

One video I'd like to make is around setting sewing goals for the New Year so I'd love to know if you are setting yourself any sewing resolutions for 2026? perhaps you want to master a particular technique, work on fitting a certain garment, work towards building up your everyday wardrobe or tackle a project you've put off.

Hi Everyone, Hope you are all having a lovely December and aren't feeling too frazzled!! 

Sorry I have been pretty quiet here the last few months but I am making plans to come back with regular videos really soon - the overthinking monster got me!

Tell me something that you think is over- or under-rated in the sewing world! I’ll go first… using clips instead of pins - overrated!! I get it on heavier fabrics or bag making when there’s lots of layers. But on any other fabric they are horrible!
