Hey guys, a lot of you are getting confused about why M.Sc. Bio and M.Sc. Physics are in completely different drag-and-drop boxes on the preference portal.

Because they are in separate boxes, BITS is basically running them as two independent counseling tracks.

The algorithm looks at your rank for both boxes separately. If your score clears the cutoff for your top choice in the Bio box AND your top choice in the Physics/Math box, you will actually get an allotment offer for both.

So, the portal doesn't decide between them—you do. When the iteration results come out, you just make your final choice by paying the seat acceptance fee for the specific degree you want to pursue, which automatically cancels the other offer.

Just focus on ordering your preferences correctly within each individual box, and you'll be good to go.

Hey guys,
Suno, thodi der ke liye padhai side me rakho aur meri baat dhyan se suno. BITSAT bohot paas hai, aur mujhe pata hai is waqt tumhare mind me kya chal raha hoga—wohi thoda sa darr, bohot saari anxiety, aur khud ko prove karne ka pressure.

But today, I just want to take a moment to look back. pichle ek saal me jo humari journey rahi hai na... man, it has been absolutely surreal. zero se start kiya tha, aur aaj hum yahan khade hain. Aap logo ne mujhe jitna support kiya hai, jitna pyaar diya hai, I can’t even express it in words.

Mera hamesha se ek hi vision tha—ki jo problems maine face ki thi, wo mere bhai-behen face na karein. I always wanted to be that big brother guide for you all. Aur pichle ek saal me aap sabne mujhe wo badi wali family di hai.

I want to clear one thing today: Whether you clear this exam or not, whether you become my juniors at BITS Pilani or go somewhere else... you all will ALWAYS be incredibly special to me. Kyu? Kyunki tum log mera FIRST EVER BATCH ho jise maine padhaya aur mentor kiya.

Tum logo ne mujhe tab trust kiya jab mai khud seekh raha tha. My first 1500+ subscribers, my telegram family, the users of my percentile predictor and planners—tum sabne is pure सफर ko yaadgaar banaya hai. You aren't just a "subscriber count" to me; you are my first batch of students, my younger brothers and sisters.

Exam clear hoga ya nahi, wo baad ki baat hai. Par pichle ek saal me jo mehnat tumne ki hai, jo resilience tumne dikhayi hai, respect for that! BITS campus me miloge toh gale lagakar bhot saari baatein karenge, aur agar kahi aur bhi gaye, tab bhi tumhara ye bada bhai tumhare saath hamesha khada rahega.
