2026. The Daily Then is back.
This year, we’re continuing our daily micro-history segments - small moments, big consequences, told one day at a time.
We’ve got a full year of history lined up, including Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Hispanic Heritage stories, Indigenous histories, and the moments that shaped nations, technology, power, and everyday life.
Alongside that, we’ll keep building our ongoing series - deeper dives that connect the past to the world we’re living in now.
Looking forward to bringing you history that matters.

The Daily Then™
Hey everyone - a quick update from The Daily Then.
You’ve probably noticed it’s been quiet on the channel the last couple of weeks. That wasn’t downtime. It was build time.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on several projects at once - and one of them is big.
First, a personal milestone: I’ve just finished writing a new book about the psychological shift happening as AI enters the human interior. It demanded a lot of focus, and it’s now complete.
And now we're back to production mode. Here’s what’s coming next:
- Civil War: Episode 2 is almost ready
- New episodes for our ongoing series are already in development
- And The Daily Then is now producing its first scripted feature film, set for release early next year
We’ll share more soon, but I wanted you to know the silence hasn’t been a slowdown - it’s been preparation for the biggest phase yet.
Thank you for your patience and for being part of this growing community.
A lot is coming.

We Just Hit 740 Subscribers – Thank You!
We’re a small, unfunded team—but with a big mission.
No sponsors. No corporate agenda. Just a deep belief that history—and truth—deserve to be seen, shared, and remembered.
You’ve probably noticed the .com at the end of our videos. That site is coming. Right now, we’re focused on building the video library first, because the stories matter. But when the site launches, it’ll be a companion to everything you see here: deeper dives, links, context, and ways to explore more.
Why short-form? Because we’re not here to fight the scroll—we’re here to meet it. We live in a world where attention is fleeting. Our 60–90 second format is designed to spark curiosity, not replace it. We want to give this next generation an entry point into history, science, politics, and culture—so they want to learn more, not just keep swiping.
We release new episodes every day. No breaks. No filler.
Coming up:
Psychology of influence
Crypto’s origin story
Ancient revolutions
Modern disinformation
The Fourth Amendment
Religion, astrology, war, migration, elections—you name it.
The goal?
To make you curious today… so you’re smarter tomorrow.
Thanks for being part of this. Stick with us—we’re just getting started.
