Much more than a gym, our facility was designed from the ground up as the ideal place for wellness. It provides a welcoming environment for members, guests, and employees. The environment was created for fitness, lifestyle medicine, and social gathering. Our building incorporates bright, naturally lit open spaces, exposed wood, and natural finishes.
The multi-level facility features a running track, a full-sized gymnasium, and dedicated fitness, yoga and resistance training studios. It also has a warm-water therapy pool. Locker rooms are spacious and include a member lounge. Meanwhile, visitors can find a healthy snack at our café.
