✂️ Welcome to my Haircut Transformations channel.
I’m Ilia Shemiakin — Founder and Art Director at Cut&Shout, a Lisbon-based hair salon. I’ve been cutting hair professionally for 13 years — all lengths, all textures — working with scissors, clippers and razor, blending hairdressing and barbering techniques.
This channel started as an ASMR project, but today the focus is wider: haircut transformations driven by strong decisions — sometimes a fix, sometimes an emotional reset.
I’m not only the hairdresser — I’m also the director and producer of this channel. Together with my small team — a cameraman and an editor — we shape each video into a cinematic transformation experience.

I actually started making videos in this calm, no-talking format, and it has now evolved into a more refined version on its own channel.
Many of you have been asking for longer versions of my videos, so I hope this new format gives you exactly that. Every Sunday, I’ll share a longer, relaxing ASMR version of a transformation there. Then, on Wednesday, a shorter version featuring the same model will come out on this channel—with my explanations of what I’m doing and why.
You can watch either channel separately or enjoy both—the two versions are designed to complement each other, so hopefully everyone can find the format they prefer.
