Why worry about what you can’t control?
*Allah says: “Indeed, Allah does not wrong people at all, but it is people who wrong themselves.” (Qur’an 10:44)*
We wrong ourselves through constant overthinking, through our sins, and by choosing what harms our own souls. So turn your worries into prayer. Turn away from haram and return sincerely to Allah.
Calm your heart and trust Allah completely..
Allah knows every situation.
*Have true tawakkul, and never stop making dua.*

If you look back, you’ll see that every situation Allah brought you into has either changed you, helped you grow, made you stronger, taught you a lesson, or shaped you into a better person. Everything Allah does has a purpose.

You just fix your connection with Allah worship Allah, remember Allah often, and keep your heart close to Allah.

Attach your heart to wealth, and you’ll constantly fear losing it. Attach your heart to people, and you’ll feel broken when they change or leave. Attach your heart to status, and you’ll be enslaved to people’s praise and crushed by their criticism.

Torment isn’t always physical. Sometimes it’s sleepless nights, anxiety, jealousy, emptiness, or the constant need to prove yourself.

So what should the heart attach to?
To the One who never changes. To the One who never leaves. To the One who said:
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
Indeed, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest. (Surah Ar-Ra’d 28).

Let your heart be anchored to Allah. Love Him the most. Trust Him the most. Hope in Him the most. Because everything else fades.

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
مَن تَعَلَّقَ بِشَيءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ
Whoever becomes attached to something, will be tormented by it.(collected)

Wallahi we really forget that Akhlaq and Adab is one of the most important parts of our Deen. Your manners, how you treat people, your actions your behaviour is all part of your Deen. Its not right to pray, fast etc but hurt people. You can't be a true believer without Akhlaq and Adab.
