1. Set goals that you need to accomplish by summer
- be specific and realistic - include goals for each of the major topics such as finance, career, health/body, family, etc. You can add anything you are gonna prioritize for now
2. Prepare a schedule for the whole day and add habits that you are gonna do on a regular basis
It can be: - meditating daily - exercise 3-4 times a week - drink 1.5-2 liters (0.5 gallons) of water daily - learn a specific skill for 2 hours daily
3. Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual
You will need this time for your new schedule and morning routine
You can include these things to your morning routine: - morning skin care routine and face massage - morning warmup/stretching - meditation/manifestation practice
4. Control your emotions
Remember: the way you perceive the situation the way your emotions will be
5. Start doing what you always used to be putting off
It can be learning any new skill that you always wanted to learn or start posting on social media
If you start now, you will be so thankful to your future self that you started now
