Taking the egg man schedule we can figure out that Chapters 2 and 3 take place on a Saturday. Sunday being Chaoter 4. Now if its the timespand between Kris comforting Noelle, and taking off her thorn ring, and seeing her at the church, smiling, that would be One Day.
