I haven’t disappeared. I’ve been building. And lately, the pieces are starting to come together in ways I didn’t fully expect.

My background has taken me through healthcare, business, project management, strategy, systems, coaching, and now AI - and for a long time, those things felt like separate chapters. They’re not.

I’m building at the intersection of strategy, systems, AI, and reinvention - helping people and organizations find better ways to work, grow, and create leverage without simply doing more. And after spending time in some incredible rooms during Atlanta Tech Week, I’m even more convinced that I’m heading in the right direction.

So consider this my little reintroduction. 😊

Rebuilding your life requires different decisions. Not louder ones or more dramatic ones.

This season has been that for me: letting go of what no longer fits. Learning things I didn’t expect to learn.
