Setting boundaries and sticking to them is not always easy. As bold as I am, I still feel uncomfortable telling certain people no. Although I know I should be clear about my expectations or needs, I sometimes put what I want on the back-burner, so those people can feel comfortable. Can you believe that? At my big age, I am still somewhat a people-pleaser. Deep sigh.
