Years ago, when baking was just a hobby I didn't actually do it alone. Believe it or not I couldn't bake a cake! I was rubbish.....but my lovely friend Anna made amazing cakes. She just couldn't decorate them!

We teamed up, spending days together in her kitchen. We made loads of cakes but never made a penny. We were often out of pocket! If I could go back I'd still do it all again. I often wish I made enough to employ her so that we could go back to those days!
