So I tried Defold for the first time and made the same game in Unity. Defold is very lightweight and its scripting language is in Lua. I am still struggling to learn the ins and outs of Defold but the payoff is huge regarding file size optimization. had a hard time grasping its messaging feature but it's only a matter of time before I can get used to it. I am still under the radar and there will be no future videos for now, but I hope this update gives you some useful data.

As told in one of my videos, I've been making a game and so far, I'm doing a ton of planning using various game engines. It might be a while before my next video but I really appreciate your support! I will also refrain from posting tutorials for now as I would like to focus on planning this game I'm making. I'm also thinking of doing live stream in the future, let me know if this interests you

I have great plans with the channel and I'm having fun learning on making games using different engines. It feels like new game+ after using unity for so long. For now, I shall focus on creating godot tutorials as there is an increase in demand with using FOSS throughout the industry. As for my personal projects, I shall remain quiet for now and may release devlogs/trailers in the future. Stay tuned for more updates and thank you for watching my videos 🤗

I made an editing mistake which made the audio play on the left speaker and couldn't be heard on the other.
