I was actually about to record my first ever video on the new channel. Shocker, I know, me committing to doing something. I was going to do one or more videos of modded Minecraft focusing on an epic horror mod called "The Broken Script."

So imagine my unpleasant surprise when I learn the creator got pestered into wiping the mod off the internet for being "malicious" despite the fact that it clarifies in basically every line of text related to downloading the mod "hey this mod does some mild stuff to your PC so watch out" and also "If you don't want stuff like that to happen use this very simple command to disable it"

I still might drop a video or two about it mostly just to spite the people that want the mod gone. But sometimes I feel like the Minecraft horror mod community doesn't deserve nice things.

Sorry if this post seems cranky. I have the Flu. And it's very demoralizing to build up the motivation to do something big for the first time in YEARS only to basically get slapped in the face by bad luck (and tantrum-throwing neckbeards) right as I'm about to take that step.

TL;DR new channel was coming soon for once, might still be. Original plan got semi-shutdown because a cool Minecraft mod dev got harassed into deleting everything by whiny mouth-breathers. I'm annoyed and grumpy and congested and achy and UUUUUUGH.

It's me again. No, I'm not "back" per se. Well... Not as Scare!Sans.

I've decided it's high time I finally started a new channel. What will it be for? What will it be called? I'll figure some of that out as I go. For now, I'm going with the title "Gooberologist" because I'm certified in the field of being an absolute nutcase.

I have 2 plans for this channel.

1: gaming (that's literally it.)
2: A chemistry course series, but it's more focused on being funny than actually educational (will have a disclaimer at the start of every vid like "hey this isn't a serious chemistry course, this is basically just me poking fun at the abstract machinations of the universe beyond my comprehension, if you want to reliably learn chemistry look elsewhere")

No clue how long it will take, because I'll have to learn a whole new kind of video editing to accomplish this. But I keep fantasizing about starting a new channel, and now it's time to actually just DO IT.

I'll keep you posted for if/when it happens.

Hey guys.
It's been a little over 14 months since my last video upload.
I've got good and bad news again.

Let's rip the band-aid off with the bad news first. I will probably never upload here again.

Both my physical and mental health are turbulent lately, and even when I'm doing well making these videos is unpleasant. The only part of it I enjoy is the music itself, all the rest is deeply frustrating to do.

The good news is, that doesn't necessarily mean this is the end of my internet presence.

I'm considering migrating my music uploads to SoundCloud, which would allow me to share my music without needing to attach a video to it, which will save me a LOT of future annoyance.
I've also been considering hopping on the gaming channel bandwagon. I think I've got the right personality and sense of humor to be a gaming YouTuber, but I know I'd be nearly starting over from scratch.

I'll keep you guys posted. There's no guarantee I'll pursue either of these avenues, but I really don't want to lose the little community I've formed around my work, even if it's mostly around work I'm no longer proud of.
(i mean seriously, my most viewed video is the lowest effort and most garbage one on my channel. THE APRIL FOOLS VIDEO HAD MORE EFFORT PUT INTO IT)

I GOT A NEW PC!
Yes ladies and gentlemen you heard that right, I have a new computer. While this does mean it's going to take me a while to get FL Studio all set up again, once it's done I'll be able to make music better than ever.

Hello, me again! MORE good news! Huge news!
First of all, my household's income just almost DOUBLED so a new computer might be coming sometime around march 2023, far off but it's big progress!
ALSO I've been put on ADHD medicine and I went from barely wanting to leave my chair/the couch to feeling like I could take over the world if I decided to. I do have some non-music projects I'm working on right now that I think I'll prioritize for now, but someday soon you may see a REAL return from me. I'll be back better than ever.

Hello, is me again. Good news, and believe it or not no bad news this time. After a long time of being stuck on a physical health roller coaster I'm now doing way better and STAYING that way.
I've still felt like my musical hobby was pretty dead, I think maybe I did get burnt out at some point. But I'm feeling the musician gears turning in my brain again and I'm finally (probably) going to finish DT:SC. After that though, I might do some non-undertale stuff.
I've discovered I really like doing DOOM Eternal style covers of songs I like. It's not really even comparable to Mick Gordon's work (good god I wish it was) but it's fun!

Happy 7th anniversary of Undertale, guys

I know I died again and that was not of my own free will, my physical health did not stay better. I'm getting there now, I'm doing better than I've been in years, but I'm still battling with feeling half-asleep all the time.
And not to mention, A huuuuuge problem came up recently:

My computer is starting to die.
It's made a habit of blue-screening if left on for more than 12 hours, which is a big problem for me because I use the free version of FL studio to make my music, and therefore can't save. So usually for bigger projects I'd just leave it running overnight, but I now have to fully shut off my computer every night so that's not an option.

tl;dr I'm starting to feel better but my computer is doing the exact opposite so whenever I start doing music again projects might have to be rushed

And also this is not me coming back from the dead just yet, it'll probably be a little while longer before I upload

Hey, me again! Still working on that webseries thing, for now though I do want to talk about the future of my music hobby.
I still plan on doing music at least for a while, but I think I've kind of changed the direction I want to go in. Once Dusttale Second Chance is finished I think I'm going to rework and expand upon what I've made of Underscare. After all, it's the thing that put my on YouTube in the first place, and it's currently my most original work.

If you haven't heard, ReveX recently decided to transfer ownership of Mirrored Insanity because he'd lost all passion for it. Why? Because of all the spinoffs and remixes and reskins it was getting, and was annoyed by it.

And frankly, looking back at Mirrored Determination, I realized he was absolutely right.
It may have been relatively enjoyable sure, but nothing about it was original. And I feel a bit guilty for contributing to this.
So from here on out, I'm doing something about it. I'm going to be more original with my work.
