Hi everyone, welcome to Sweet Sapphire Kitchen . I’m from the Philippines and come from a very large family. Food is a very important part of our culture . When I think back to my happiest times growing up, food was always a central part of them. I want to introduce people to the comfort foods of my homeland .Simple , but flavourful foods, with my own personal twist . I want people to have the same feelings. I want to be able to serve as many people as I can by bringing the food to them. For most of my life I have worked in an office . I decided to enter the Culinary world .
