Olá pessoal.
Dia 28 de Outubro começarei aqui no YouTube a série de leitura do livro "A Arte de Viver" do filósofo Epicteto.
Esse livro é realmente um manual de como tomar as rédeas da sua vida, não importa a situação pelo qual estejamos passando, excelente para quem quer uma vida equilibrada.
Espero que gostem e aproveitem os ensinamentos desse grande homem que passou pela Terra.
Dedico essa série de leitura a minha avó, uma mulher que soube viver bem a vida.

This book is really a manual on how to take charge of your life, no matter what situation we are going through, excellent for anyone who wants a balanced life.
I hope you like and enjoy the teachings of this great man who passed through the Earth.
I dedicate this reading series to my grandma, a woman who knew how to live life well.
