বিএনপির ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান তারেক রহমান বগুড়া-৬ সদর আসনে নির্বাচন করতে যে হলফনামা দাখিল করেছেন, তাতে তিনি বছরে আয় দেখিয়েছেন ছয় লাখ ৭৬ হাজার ৩৫৩ টাকা। এ আয় শেয়ার সঞ্চয়পত্র ও ব্যাংক আমানত থেকে। শেয়ার মার্কেটে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির শেয়ার রয়েছে ৬৮ লাখ ৫০ হাজার টাকার।
