Happy 2022! I saw someone post last year that before entering 2021 they wanted to see the terms and conditions first. I really hope the Ts & Cs for 2022 are better than last year and wondering if we can get a partial refund on the last couple of years.
I made this video for you guys - it's 15 minutes of nurturing slowness and meditative stillness using a beautiful sample of buddhist bells.

This one’s music only but there’ll be guided meditations coming soon.
Wishing you a Happy New Year…hopefully normality on the horizon somewhere, and wishing you all good things in 2022! :)
Sending lots of love, Caroline Xx

Hello, I hope you’re all well! I just wanted to let you know that while I’m quiet on the new uploads, I’m currently in creation mode working on some videos and practices that I hope will be super nurturing.
I’m currently working on daytime and sleep meditations that are focused on helping to nurture your nervous system and make you and your nervous system resilient and bulletproof to stress…if you’ve not been feeling 100% or have suffered any degree of burn out, insomnia, stress-fatigue, digestive stress or anxiety these practices will help you get you back to yourself and help protect you from the physical effects of stress moving forward.
I always want to help you get the most out of the time you put into meditating, by making sure the meditations I share are as effective and helpful as possible – so it takes a while, a lot of meditating, pacing, reworking, music making and editing to create and refine the practices. During the breaks in uploading, you’re definitely not forgotten. I’m thinking about you and putting lots of love into the practices as I work on them.
In the meantime, all the meditations on the channel are designed to help you feel and be well and I hope you get lots of benefit from them.

Did you know our brain gets a good ‘wash’ while we sleep?!….
During ‘Deep’ (stage 3) sleep cerebrospinal fluid floods our brain and removes accumulated toxins and amyloid proteins. This is one of the ways sleep relieves the mental fatigue that we feel when we’re badly slept.
During ‘Deep Sleep’ your body also gets to work fixing, restoring, renewing and regenerating cells and your body secretes human growth hormone, which is essential for keeping your organs and tissues healthy.
We can help our body achieve uninterrupted deep sleep more easily by releasing muscle tension, unwinding from stresses from the day and lowering cortisol levels before going to sleep.
If you’d like help priming yourself for some good quality Deep, restorative sleep come and join me this evening. I’ve uploaded a new sleep meditation to help you relax deeply and drift off easily:
https://youtu.be/5ZFGiDHLGGo
I hope the meditation helps you get lots of lovely deep sleep to give your brain a nice long soak! So you can wake up fresh, happy and healthy. Xx

This made me laugh, so I thought I’d share it.
In case the text is too small on whatever device you’re on here it is (please read in the inner-voice of Morgan Freeman) …
…Have you ever noticed that people won’t take the time to meditate, but they’ll spend 15 minutes taking a quiz to find out what kind of potato they are?...
You’ll get absolutely no judgment from me if you’d now like to go find a test that tells you what kind of potato you are :)
But if you’d like to meditate instead I’ve just uploaded a feel good breathing practice and visualization to help you feel well and be well…
https://youtu.be/JPO-qHKdbZ0
It’s only 10 minutes – so if you wanted to – that would give you an extra 5 minutes to find out which root veg you most resemble (I bet you’d be a sweet potato)!

"What lies before us and what lies behind us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
We have to become still to truly experience the depth of all that lies within.
Stillness allows us to hear the parts of our Self that whisper rather than shout – the parts of our Self that get forgotten, squeezed out or overshadowed by the louder stresses, pressures and distractions of everyday life.
Stillness is deeply nurturing and can be truly transformative.
I’ve just uploaded a meditation, with a full 15 minutes after the guidance, without any talking, for you to fully rest in stillness.
If you’d like to, come and join me and give your inner world some love. Xx

Do you ever feel like you wake up feeling less rested than you should?
If we go to sleep in stress mode we can wake up with a stress hormone hangover. Stress hormones take a very real toll on the body when they're out of balance.
By taking the time to relax and release muscle tension before you sleep, you can help your body to rest and repair. By meditating before sleep, instead of stress hormones your body releases hormones that trigger repair responses in the body. This supports your immune system, digestive system and every system in your body.
We're living though stressful times and it's extra important to look after your body.
I've just uploaded a "Bone Deep Sleep Meditation" to help you release tension in the body and activate the parasympathetic nervous system – helping your body rest and repair while you sleep. I hope you can come join me, breathe and give your body some love...

Researchers have found we’re much happier when we can focus well.
Do you ever struggle to focus? If so you’re not alone!
Life is so full of distractions – and the more we’re exposed to distractions – the more distractible we become. Repeated distractions actually change our brain.
Stress and isolation also change the way our brain functions, making us more distractible, a side effect of the pandemic.
You have the power to wire your brain to become less distractible. Focus is like a muscle.
When you meditate regularly you’re strengthening your ability to focus. Each time you let go of a distracting thought, or pull yourself back from the brink of a mind wander you’re strengthening neural networks and rewiring your brain for better focus.
Meditation even changes the size of regions of the brain so that focusing becomes more effortless, not just while you’re meditating, but all the time.
If you want to strengthen your focus and sow some seeds for happiness, come and meditate with me. I’ve just uploaded a meditation for inner calm and focus…

Have you ever thought about where immune cells are made?
They’re made in your bones! Bone marrow is like a factory for immune cells.
Like every other part of your body your bones are affected by stress. Our bones respond to stress by activating immune cells for attack! If we’re stressed for a long time with our immune system in attack mode this can cause chronic inflammation, fatigue, body aches, brain fog, depression, autoimmune issues and weaken your immune system.
Life has been pretty stressful recently, so it’s important to look after yourself. If you want to do something great for your body come join me for some meditation.
I’ve just uploaded a ‘Bone Deep Breathing Meditation’ to help you relax from top to toe and give your bones and body some love.
