This week is jam time for us! I’m finishing up carpentry jobs, making t-shirts while packing books and other merchandise, getting the maintenance done on our big rig DogHouse, making sure the bike is running (just for today), along with all the other little things together. I’ll still probably miss something.

**PLEASE HELP**
So this year Susie and her are putting together Easter baskets for the kids at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger in Chattanooga Tn. The goal is to have 300 baskets for the kids. We have 150 KnuckPups to donate but that means we are only half way to their goal. I don’t want to fill only half the baskets with KnuckPups. Sure enough someone who really wants one would get a basket without one in it.
So, I’m asking for the 300k plus followers that we have to please find it in their heart to just buy one KnuckPup. Not only will you have something cute and cuddly but every time you look at it you’ll know that you made a kid’s day who might really need a smile!! As I approach the Big 40 I can’t help but look back 10 years to see what is different. I still have the swim trunks but my time in the gym is a bit different. I’ve been slacking with the excuse of being on the road all the time but that has to end.
Recovery for me isn’t just the mental aspect, it’s just as much physical. I need the outdoors and movement. This winter has been one of the worst in being lonely with not much to do. I’ve realized my gym routine is a huge part that I am missing and something has to change.
I don’t think I will ever shave the beard again but I need to find a national gym chain that I can visit no matter where I am. What national gym can you personally recommend and why do you like them?? Let’s get completely healthy again!
