It's been 10 years here on this channel and it's seen everything from fish tank videos to now, Halloween ideas. That being said the big growth came from MTB but its time to hang that up. I have decide it's time to step away from this channel and start something new. I wouldn't feel right rebranding this with all the videos and help I've provided millions of people in it's current form. I've decided to focus on a new channel for the 2023 Calendar year and see how far we can take it. I hope there's a small percentage that will do me the favor of subscribing, but only if you're interested in spooky adjacent DIY or my dull personality. I'll still be posting on Your Own Adventure for any mtb/gear/random bs I come up with, just not as consistely. Thank you all.
I need your opinion! You may have noticed in the last few videos of 2021 I used a pink thumbnail. I liked the unique look of it. In 2022, you may have also noticed I changed up some branding on the channel. Reverting back to a clean white thumbnail. Which do you prefer? Pink or White?
To all the long time friends and supporters of the channel, by now, you have seen some ebb and flow with the videos uploaded on the channel. I briefly thought that maybe I'd post everything on one channel(I have a lot of hobbies) but I have decided that for 2022 you'll only see bike, and bike related videos. Most outdoors/history exploration videos will be somehow tied back to biking so those will still be here as well. Just wanted to give an update of what is to come. BTW a main reason that I'll be able to post more quality riding is because I'm moving to Santos which will be a wonderful home trail for this project. Thank you all!

It's because of everyone on this channel that my videos get out there to a bigger audience..... and I don't mean the videos geared for virality. My goal was always to be able to share videos that inspired and more importantly educated, if only briefly, about anything and everything. Yeah, I ride bikes and surf, but that's not what defines me. It is just another expression. SO yes, expect to keep getting MTB/Cycling videos but also expected to learn a thing or two.... and even if you don't take anything that I say seriously, at least you'll have a new topic to research on your own....adventure :p
Again, thank you to everyone out there helping push this channel up. I know it's kind of all over the place. But where else can you learn about history, watch great bike riding/builds/adventures, and keep up to date on tech? THANKS!
Uploading a very cool piece (imo) on an abandoned road in Florida. Contains a tiny amount of biking lol. These pieces take a lot longer to edit and research but will be much more interesting if you like history and or learning about very random things.... It'll be up early afternoon EST. It would be great if you could watch through the whole thing and include your thoughts and ideas for upcoming videos!

Tbh everyone; if you are here strictly for MTB footage you'll probably be wondering where all the trail riding has gone. And well, It might not ever be back at the force that it was in 2020 and before that. All I can say is that MTB/Cycling and even Surf will always be an integral part of what I do here because, well, it's just an extension of myself. I'll just be expanding the variety and videos will be much less like "How to ride flat pedals" etc. 😂 I mean, if you are a deep follower you'll know my cult classics such as "No Spill Water Bowl For Pets! DIY" or "DIY YETI Cooler (BEST ON YOUTUBE)" and those were train-wrecks that have many more views that most of my ride videos. The moral of the story is, I'll only be posting cat videos from here on out (JK) but much more variety will be had. You are a gem for getting this far 🙏
