I've just uploaded another 'Figure Drawing' video, this one called, the 'Forearm Twist'!
Using simple shapes, this video will give you an understanding of the manipulation of the forearm. Its a fun exercise that will translate into how the muscles change during this action, but hopefully this skeletal approach will get you started.
