I've just uploaded another 'Figure Drawing' video, this one called, the 'Forearm Twist'!
Using simple shapes, this video will give you an understanding of the manipulation of the forearm. Its a fun exercise that will translate into how the muscles change during this action, but hopefully this skeletal approach will get you started.

'Le Taureau' (The Bull) 1945. 🐂
Whenever I breakdown any subject from observation, into it's basic linear form, I am reminded of these sequences of Lithogeaphs by Pablo Picasso.
From this understanding, it can help you improve your perception when studying. Also your muscle memory, for when it comes to drawing your subjects from your imagination.
